The Asian African Society of Mycobacteriology is pleased to invite you to submit an abstract between 15 February 2024 to 15 April 2024 for consideration for the 4th AASM Congress. Abstracts must be submitted via the online participant portal. Abstract topics can be seen in the announcements.
Submitted abstracts can be considered for oral presentations – as talks of 15-20 minutes integrated into the Symposia sessions, or speed talks of 3 minutes in special Speed Talk Sessions – and for poster presentations. Posters will be organized by topic, and opportunities for presenters to discuss their work with interested participants will be provided by designated poster sessions in the Congress schedule.
During the events, the latest developments in mycobacterium disease, particularly those caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis, mycobacterium bovis, and non-tuberculosis mycobacterium (NTM), will be reviewed and emphasized. We warmly welcome the kind collaboration and participation of all interested clinicians, scientists, faculty members, students, researchers, laboratory staff and nurses. We hope to create a unique virtual conference especially for the young researchers to gain knowledge and establish contacts, globally. The abstract submission is free of charge and the abstract book will be published as a supplementary issue in July 2024. The Supplementary abstract book will be indexed in DOAJ, Emerging Sources Citation Index, Scimago Journal Ranking, SCOPUS, Web of Science, and PMC.
